Elegant apartment consisting of two double bedrooms one with a third single bed, two living rooms, one with sofa bed, two bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, hairdryer, free wifi, TV suitable for 4 or 6 people
Located in the heart of Venice, just a few steps from PIAZZA SAN MARCO and PONTE DI RIALTO, a few minutes walk from TEATRO LA FENICE near the vaporetto line 1 or 2 for the station, for Piazzale Roma, for the airport, in a position of absolute privilege.
For those who want to make an impressive gondola ride just outside Corte Zorzi leaving Campo San Gallo and crossing a small bridge you will find the starting point of the gondolas: PONTE ORSEOLO, or directly in Piazza San Marco where we find the famous CAFFE FLORIAN and CAFFE QUADRI where you can enjoy a good breakfast to the sound of music.
A two minute walk to the supermarket SIMPLY Sestriere S. Marco, 3988 where you can find a wide range of essential products for personal hygiene, fresh bread, fruit and vegetables, and a wide selection of food products, open all day from 09.00 am to 08. 00 pm.

This apartment was perfect for our family of five. The location is excellent, steps from St Marks Square. It’s off a quiet square which is nice. The unit is clean, nicely air conditioned, and the beds are comfortable. There are three bedrooms and a washing machine which is helpful. The bathrooms are spacious and the showers are great. The views from the windows are charming. As other reviewers have mentioned, it’s on the third floor and there’s no elevator so there are a lot of stairs to navigate. However, this wasn’t a problem for us. Communication with the host was great. I would recommend this property and I would definitely consider staying here again.

Have been to Venice 5x prior This apt was perfect for a group of 5 Lots of steps but we are used to that the only issue we had was we never had any English channels in the red living room Just wanted to catch the news Matilda was awesome checking us in The apt was very Venetian which we loved the last apt was a bit tooo modern for us so this set a perfect mood for the entire trip Best location ever as we were only steps from san Marco but on a quiet courtyard Will definitely stay here on our next visit !!!!

A very lovely apartment on a very quiet, small square, but only 100 feet from a busy walkway and less than 200 yards from Piazza San Marco. Very nicely furnished. The owner's daughter in-in-law met us at the vaporetto stop and guided us to the apartment. She, Matilde, was very friendly and helpful. Again, the location was superb.
There is one negative. There are 48 fairly steep stairs to the apartment. My wife and I are close to 70 and negotiated them without difficulty, just be aware.
