Lyra Kangaroo Valley

Such a beautiful property. Well appointed and maintained in the most peaceful spot. We loved being able to switch off and relax. The quiet tranquility of the property and its amazing views over the valley.

Wonderful location and vistas. Peaceful, relaxing weekend away. Short trip into Kangaroo Valley or Berry.

Some lighting doesn't work and the property could use an upgrade in the heating department. Could do with some maintenance of the skylights etc where a lot of leaves and branches have built up.

beautifully detailed with a large emphasis on thoughtfulness. It practically had everything a guest would love including a fully stocked kitchen, lovely lighting throughout, and wonderful furnishings.

Ibeliebe with the record you have of our stay it is clear the owner has neglected the ‘promised’ utilities that simply did not work without hours and hours of proving the tv did not work at all, and was fixed by one of the agents on his day off to meet the excpectastion the property was advertised as. Cleaning overall maintenance was somewhat neglected, with zero instructions left to trouble shoot anything. There was no welcome pack, no milk even left to Kate coffee despite coffee machine provided. It’s the simple touches like providing milk that’s is common to all airbnbs, not o mention only one towel each for two ladies for a three night stay with no spa towels provided. We could not operate the spa as there also was no instructions on site for the guest.
