Sleeping up to six guests, the Magnolia Cottage features generous indoor living, wide verandahs, BBQ dining, and peaceful countryside views.

Guests enjoy full private access to the Magnolia Cottage, surrounding outdoor areas, verandahs, and parking spaces. Surrounded by trees your privacy is guaranteed in this stunning location. The property is part of the Rangers Ranch cottage compound, with each cottage privately positioned for guest comfort and privacy.
You have total privacy in the home and access to everything around the farm house. We live close by and are available for all requests on your visit
Located in beautiful Barrengarry, Kangaroo Valley, the property is surrounded by rolling farmland, mountain scenery, and peaceful countryside landscapes. The Kangaroo Valley village is just a short drive away, offering cafés, boutique shops, the historic pub, river activities, walking trails, and local markets.
Firewood can be a bit hit and miss locally. While Mitre 10 in Bowral may not have stock, you’ll usually find bags at nearby service stations in Bowral or Mittagong.
To ensure a peaceful and enjoyable stay for all guests and to respect our neighbors, we kindly ask that you observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
