Beautiful location and very comfortable. Fully equipped country style kitchen, lovely indoor and outdoor fireplaces, big windows to let in the sunshine and take in the view. It is a beautifully designed house and overall we had a great experience.
It is looking a little tired inside. The timber work could do with sanding and relacquering. The ensuite was a little on the small side and a bigger vanity and more storage would make it more comfortable.

Location and setting is dpectacular
Certain aspects of the house are “tired” - bathrooms, kitchen etc. windows need cleaning

Location was beautiful. Great views and lots of native animals around. The open fire was wonderful for sitting around with the family. Comfortable beds and good hot water supply.
Slight problem with one part of the access road due to the recent wet weather but a call to Adam fixed the issue.

The location, just a few kilometres out of town and secluded.
The view and wildlife.
Outside seating areas and fire pit.
KItchen - oven was dirty, lack of appliances for a group stay (e.g. one frypan, no sandwich toaster), equipment in cupboards disorganised (difficult to find things)
Showers were lukewarm, not hot.
Only one mirror in the main bathroom, none in any bedroom.
En suite bathroom was tiny with small sink.
No toiletries e.g. soap, tissues...no hair dryer.
