Very good location. I was impressed by the neighbourhood. Near the Gianicolense hill and the Garibaldi statue.
The room was clean. You have good AC, a kitchenette, and a small fridge.
Downstairs, on the other side of the corner, the property managers have a really nice fish restaurant.
A couple of things could use some improvement, though these aren't critical.
Even if the mattress is comfy, the bed frame is pretty shaky and squeaks with every tiny move. It can even wake you up during sleep.
The shower cabin is small and the shower head is fixed high on the wall.

Clean place, good staff workers. It is good connected with public transport lines.
No mini fridge in the room, even if it was stated that is included.
And very small shower cabin in bathroom, it is pretty claustrophobic.

The place was very close to the office were I was working
The room was cold and not another duvet to use. The The AC wasn’t working at all and the shower was rusty.
