Functional for two people, but with more consider bathroom access. We managed and it served the purpose.and clean

Gréât waking access to the town and generally equipped kitchen.

The bathroom access was only through the bedroom. This necessitated that my husband and I sleep on the sofa bed, and our friend who needed bathroom access had the large bed. -allergies: an older building that has been renovated, but may not be the best if you have environmental allergies - recycling: the instructions need adjustment as we kept looking for a yellow bag, but I believe they meant the yellow « bin » outside. Also, we didn’t understand where the paper was to go, but got it into the bin in the end. - kettle: the filter screen needed a good scrub or replacement.

König Ludvik apartment in Ogau

The apartment is well situated at the outskirts of the town centre. Ensures full privacy and met our needs, being two adults and a 2yrs old kid. Furniture gives you a feeling of being in mountains and a bit of flawour from the past.

A bit clumsy acces from the street, since a pavement is only on the opposite side of the road. We need to be careful when leaving the apartment with our very young daughter. Unfortunately, any possibility for private parking. However, that is solved by parking cart, which enables parking on a blue spots across town centre.

Nice place for our winter vacation.

Cozy apartment with a large bathroom and well-equipped kitchen. TV has an Amazon stick so we could log into our Netflix. Guest card gave us free rides on all the buses in the area, even as far as Neuschwanstein and Garmisch-Partenkirchen. There are two bus stops close by.

Host is asking to save water and heating, but the hot water takes very long to reach the tap and some of the thermostats are not working.

Exceptional

This self contained apartment was just lovely. Wish we could have stayed longer ! We went to the Passion Play and needed accommodation for the one night. It was super handy as it is centrally located. It was clean and fully equipped. It was one of the more expensive places we booked but accommodation was very limited due to the Passion Play and the large number of visitors - and it was well worth it. Check in was arranged contactlessly and was easy and we were allowed to drop our bags etc in earlier than previously arranged. We will be back !!

The position is excellent, 15' walk from train station, close to the historical centre, close to the river and to the start of many walks. Nice bathroom, pleasant apartment, good WiFi. The owner was very nice, helpful and always available

Enttäuschender Aufenthalt

Ortsnahe Lage

Die Wohnung entsprach nicht unseren Vorstellungen. Wir mussten erst schauen, ob wir die richtige Wohnung betreten haben, da die Anordnung und zum Teil das Aussehen der Möbel von den Bildern abweicht. Die Wohnung ist dunkel, eng und muffig. Es wird auch darauf hingewiesen, zu lüften, damit kein Schimmel entsteht. Die Einrichtung ist an einigen Stellen abgenutzt und runtergekommen. Das Geschirr musste vorher nochmal gespült werden, da es nicht sauber war. Die Lage ist neben einer Straße, an der doch öfter Autos fahren. Fenster des nachts zu öffnen ist daher nicht ratsam.
