Villa La Joya Condo, only 50 meter from white sand beach, Playa Paraiso

Beautiful condo! Very easy check in and out process.

We absolutely loved this place. It was clean, the living areas were well thought out, the outdoor patio was huge, the pool was great and the beach was a short two minute walk. We loved all the tropical plants surrounding the pool and patio and enjoyed watching all the birds. The service was great and we would recommend using the grocery delivery option as there is no grocery stores within walking distance. We did and had enough foods, drinks and snacks to last the week. We also went to the hotel Artisian’s restaurant and had a great meal. The communication with the owner and the staff was fabulous and whenever we needed something it was taken care of immediately. I highly recommend this property.

I’m writing this review on the morning that my family and I are leaving. I’ve stayed all over the Riviera Maya and I can honestly say that this was one of the nicest experiences ever. Sure, there are more glamorous places with ocean front views. However, what really sets this place apart from all others is the level of service the owner and staff provide. You read about service everywhere but it actually happens here in a seamless fashion. From within a few weeks prior to arrival, Mike, the owner, contacted me to let him know what we needed prior to arrival. On the day of departure, a WhatsApp thread had been set up by the staff with me to ensure that anything I needed was but a text away. They picked up my family of four from the airport, arranged any meal that we desired, took us to get a rental car, and arranged for groceries at the house, complete with itemized receipts. I arranged a breakfast and a dinner with the staff which was excellent! We had some issues with the flight into Cancun and were delayed a whole day. Mike wanted to be sure that we still had an amazing experience so, one evening, we were invited to Mike’s house (Villa La Joya) for dinner which is less than a block away. Getting to use his beautiful pool and backyard took the trip to a whole other level. He has a mansion on the beach, mainly used for weddings, etc and was kind enough to let us use it while we were there given all the issues we had with our flight. The location is very central and Acamal, Tulum, and Cancún are all less than an hour away. 5th Ave in Playa Del Carmen is 15 mins away. The pictures of the condo are exactly the way it looks. There are high end finishes everywhere. In conclusion, this is an incredible place to stay complemented by the fact that the service and the staff are exceptional. I would recommend it highly!

Nice and very clean place. It's in a gated area, well kept, big porch to hang out on at night. All the rooms and kitchen was super clean. Cold ac in every room. They have really nice maids so you don't have to go shopping. It was just a really great experience. You can walk down the beach for a few minutes and they have this awesome rooftop bar with great food and drinks. If I came back to this area I would definitely stay here again. Great spot and very nice place. Once you book it they they make sure everything else is dialed in. 6 stars if they had it!
