Although we had several disappointing things happen (no beach, broken golf cart, and water leak that flooded our condo) Mercedes did all she could to help. She was great.

The condo super modern and well appointed with a fantastic view. Mercedes was very helpful and responsive to all our inquiries. This was not our first stay in this unit and will not be our last.

We spent 6 nights during Thanksgiving week with our kids, ages 6 and 11, and had an amazing stay! The condo is just as advertised (you can hear the waves from the bedrooms!) and Puerto Morelos is such a beautiful place. From the moment we booked, Mercedes (the property manager) was so helpful! She helped us arrange our transfer to/from the airport, stock the fridge for our arrival, and checked in on us during our visit to make sure we were comfortable! She truly goes above and beyond! Thank you! I highly recommend renting the golf cart. It is an easy walk into town but so worth it. We hope we get to visit again soon. Thank you for sharing your home away from home with us!
