The rental prices on this Two Story Beach Villa range between 2,100 usd to 2,995 usd per week according to the month of the year and how many overnight guests. This beautiful 5 star ocean front property (Diamond # 4) is located just 15 minutes south of Cancun airport in a small fishing village called Puerto Morelos. Our gorgeous home has been designed with 3,444 sq ft with your comfort in mind. A few of the amenities are marble floors, 9 tons air conditioning, ceiling fans, built in entertainment center with a 65 inch Smart TV, granite counter tops and vanities, a very open floor plan with 10' to 20' ceilings and private inside bar.
With the rental of this luxurious home you will also have access to a beautiful custom design swimming pool and spa, private gated semi covered parking area. Although you "do not" need a car for transportation because we are located in town and not in the outskirts of town. Come and treat yourself to this fine luxurious unique accommodation. Puerto Morelos has been called the hidden jewel of the Mayan Riviera. This is the place to relax, watch the sunrise on the beach, meet the locals and just simply soak up the warm Caribbean sun. Check in was a breeze. Roger was waiting to open the gate for us. The property was immaculate. The whole family enjoyed the pool and the beach. There was pool toys and sand toys. The house was well stocked with everything we needed including bottled water. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place to stay.

There could have been a few more kitchen supplies plates, glasses etc. But we only ate breakfast here. Perfect location
