Gated home in the city with total privacy and seclusion!

Home was nice. Very roomy and sparkling clean. Very well stocked with necessities. Short drive to Broadway.Enjoyed the front porch in the mornings when drinking our coffee.

We had a lovely stay in Nashville. The home is very close to downtown. The house itself was awesome, especially the master bedroom with ensuite. Would return again for sure!

We were pleased with the place. Had enough room for the six of us. We found everything in the kitchen necessary for our meals. We brought our own BBQ so we can cook outside. Didn't seem to have one at the place. Overall we would go back.

This is a great place to stay if you're looking for some seclusion and near downtown. I stayed here for my wedding and 6 of us were comfortable. The kitchen is lovely, open space and island with a good size table. The rooms are big and have a lot of room. Master doesn't have a closet (owners keep it locked) and there isn't much closet space otherwise. There is a closet in the guest rooms and coat closet in between the guest rooms, but not convenient for someone in the master when they are trying to get ready. I'd suggest planning on bringing a rack to hang clothes or bring clothes that don't wrinkle. Bathrooms are nice. The guest bathroom has a loud noise, pretty sure it's the hot water heater (owners probably fixed that since I've been there). The back yard is HUGE! Make sure to bring some citronella candles and bug spray though, you WILL need it. Lastly, since it was just the girls we felt weary about the openness of the backyard. The neighbors across the fence can see directly down to the back porch making us slightly uncomfortable. We could see a camera from the neighbors house and saw them looking at us from their window. Just something I think folks should keep in mind if you're looking for 100% privacy. This place was great for the distance to downtown (uber rode was $12-16) also. Overall, lovely place to stay and the owner was quick to respond with anything we needed.
