Cute little house, nice kitchen well equipped with pans to cook, coffee maker, large refrigerator with tons of ice. Love the record player with a mix of records to play. Nice back yard and deck to sit outside. Air-conditioning was definitely a plus as our trip was 90's most days. Place was clean when we got there, game closet and a beautiful tuned piano.

This was the perfect spot for mine and my sister’s family to meet up at, since we live in separate areas of the country. The house was exactly as listed and has everything we needed. Great location, close to downtown and plenty of restaurants. Quiet neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again.

The property was immaculate, close enough to everything that you could be there in just a free minutes but far enough out to not be bothered by traffic. Thoroughly enjoyed starting here and when we come back to Nashville, we will definitely look to book here again!
