The room was very spacious and absolutely spotless. The owner and and staff were helpful and welcoming during my stay. Location is down a road just off the main strip from Karon and it’s a 3-4 minute walk to Karon Beach. Convenient!

This is a really good guest house. It's close to the centre of Karon and to the beach. There are plenty of shops, restaurants and massage parlours nearby. At the same time, the nights were quiet. The room was spacious and clean. The hosts were able to offer an early check-in, which was much appreciated.

Owner was quick to respond when air conditioning stopped working.
Not all rooms are good. Our friends had a room on the 3rd floor. The only window was feet from the wall next door. It smelt musty, and the bed was lumpy, and they could feel the springs.
There was often no one on reception. We would have bought breakfast there, but they didn't open until 10 am.
