The staff did not give us 2 towels. At the time of checkout they said they gave 2 towels and 1 is missing. They said we should have informed them earlier. So as per them it's missing and we should pay for it. They took 500 baht for one towel which is way too much. We had to pay them at the end. But we know that it's a scam. Obviously they don't do this to their American and European guests. But since we were Indians they decided to do this to us. So the resort is great but you might get scammed here. So if you are staying here, take a full video after check-in.

We had specifically asked for the room with a double bed but since we travelled from Krabi, we checked in a few hours late and they had given up the room. So there is no reservation as such, and just they way it was conveyed was so rude that it ended up spoiling our whole stay. The manager, (a lady called Awon I guess) had a terrible attitude and kept saying the room is not refundable (not that I asked) implying that there is no other choice. Even when requesting for a late check out, we were downright denied so we had to wait in the lobby for a couple of hours with our 2 year old. Other wise, it's a great place but it's also sad to see experience is being ruined by the staff's arrogance.

Pros: - spacious room and good breakfast - out of town, in a quieter area - staff generally friendly Cons: - very loud in the rooms at night, aircon, thin walls etc. hard to get a good night sleep - it feels like the staff are watching your every move
