    I was kind of expecting the best Western from the states. In the rooms are kind of like that very basic. But you can get on Netflix and YouTube here. And the pools are wonderful and the staff is amazing. And if you get a beach view, it is beautiful. And I love my little patio that isn’t so little. The only thing I would recommend is a little softer beds. They are pretty hard and a little more comfortable chairs for the patio. But those aren’t big things.

    A wonderful experience with very accommodating and understanding crew teams. Other than the hotel, from the booking of tours to the enjoying of the programme and after trip encounters from the tour company. I must say it's a one of a kind. Come come for an unforgettable experience even if things don't go as planned. The locals and the staffs will make up for the flops. Going back to the hotel at least in the next 2 years when we save enough. QR

    Construction going on, not mentioned on booking page. Loud. One pool out of action. Lots of steps, not for the faint hearted. We had an issue with rooms/breakfast and did not appreciate the handling of the situation by breakfast staff. We also asked could we take some fruit as we had an excursion leaving at 7am - staff were not willing to help with this situation either. We've stated in Thailand since 2006 - by far one of the least enjoyable experiences. Breakfast was woeful. Everything in plastic including the crossaints. Eggs not cooked. Not up to standard at all.
