    The best reception staff,so friendly n ever willing to help khun jeab,khun ammy,khun patthai. The bell boy khun aod,super friendly. The restaurant staff khun peak,,always smiling n so helpfull.. Was an absolute pleasure to stay at this property. Will surely come back. Thank you to all the front village staff.

    We had a Great value. Buffet breakfast with egg station. Staffs are So friendly! love the chefs writing on my plate 'Good morning" everytime he served my eggs. Thank you! The cleaning staffs are good, friendly and trustworthy. The view from top floor L4 to the lake is beautiful. we love having a snack on the balcony overlooking the water. The bed is HUUUGE!! comfy. but the pillow is a bit too high. They do provide smaller pillows. Love the pool bar.. and nice pool. Location is quiet but within walking distance to the roundabout intersection. Smart bus was really helpful to drop us off infront of the hotel. Highly recommend this hotel!!

    The property is gorgeous! However, from the minute we reached, there were non stop problems. First of all they got our rooms wrong - we allowed this to go. I later heard from my friend that his room was dirty. My bathroom has feathers in it. The curtains wouldn't close and I had to call someone. The next day, after locking the door and going out, my room door was wide open. On making them go through the footage after much firmness, they couldn't determine what happened but wanted to 'show me how to close the door'. However, they realised there was a 'door problem' and said nothing was stolen. The service was awful. No apologies, no understanding. I've been to Thailand over 6 times and this is the first time I've seen such horrid service. Severely disappointed. Great property but that's about it. Don't expect any help from the property for anything. Highly inefficient and grumpy staff.
