Ideal place to spend a weekend in Provance

Super clean! Very comfortable apartment. Good matrass. Quiet area in a small village. Very friendly owner

Apartment is poor, area is nice.

Apartment is on the busy street and it's not clearly indicated when renting. Bed is literary 2m. from the street. which is right next to the window. Impossible to open window because of that.

Exceptionally clean apartment with convenient parking

One of the cleanest places we have stayed at. Convenient parking and very good location with a supermarket just 2-3 min walk away. The property is also about 30 min drive to Moustiers-Sainte-Marie and Lake Sainte Croix.

Only half a roll of toilet paper was provided for a 3-nights’ stay. Olivier provided one additional roll upon request, but we had to buy one more on our own.

The owner was very nice and welcoming. He gave us plenty of recommendation where to eat or where to go which was great because it was already late and all supermarkets where close. We stay one night only.

Exceptional-a perfect stay and host.

Exceptionally clean and excellent condition of all furniture. The host was so friendly and chatty. Lovely village 2km away that had a market in the evening and lots of cafes/bars. There are two bakery’s a very short walk from the apartment which was perfect for breakfast. A free car park which was off the road which was a great bonus. Very quiet and cool room with a beautiful view across the fields. I could not fault it in any way!

A quaint town and hospital host paired with beautiful nature/countryside made for a peaceful stay.

Olivier was very easy to contact upon my arrival, and he met me in the main parking area. He walked me to the studio apartment, then gave me the keys after a quick tour. He was very hospital and kind and gave me plenty of suggestions of things to do in the area. He had maps and other tourist brochures handy for all sorts of activities. The space itself was nice. The kitchen had most of the accommodations needed to cook dinner in the apartment (No spices or oils, but there is a grocery market down the same street). The room can get hot on a summer's day, since there is no air conditioning, but he did provide a fan that helped keep me cool. The bathroom was also nice and the shower had decent water pressure. He provided a towel (a bit small) and hand/body soap, but no shampoo or conditioner so make sure to bring your own. The town was adorable and had a bar with kind staff and a library and post office that were rarely open. It's in a great location for Provence, because there are great towns and activities in every direction. It is pretty essential to have a car in this area if you want to get around efficiently, most things are within a 25-45 minute drive. I came by bus, which made things a bit trickier. I decided to walk to Valensole, a town north of Allemagne-en-Provence. This ended up being a 9-mile hike but was more than worth it once I climbed my way up to the plateaus. I was astonished with the beauty and tranquility of the lavender fields along the Route de Valensole. The cicadas sang to me along my journey and provided the perfect escape from a big city that I desperately needed. I left for this hike at 6 in the morning to avoid the heat during a heat wave. This was a smart decision. By 13h00 in Valensole, I was sweating bullets and decided to take a taxi home instead to avoid heat exhaustion. You can get a taxi in Valensole to Allemagne-en-Provence but not vice-versa.

The towel was incredibly small and the shower could have used small soaps or conditioners to create a better experience. I think basic spices would also be good to have in the kitchen to help with cooking. I was staying only for a couple days, and didn't want to buy a whole artillery of spices at the store. The bus system is pretty lackluster throughout the town, as the bus I was supposed to take out of the town never showed up. Again, I strongly recommend renting a car if you want to come here. Olivier and I had talks about him potentially implementing electric bikes in the future, but for now play it safe.

Cute little house

The apartment is little and very cute, clean and comfortable. Marie, the host, is super kind. She gave us a map of the Verdon and adviced us on what to visit. We had a wonderful stay

Charming appartment close to the river Verdon.

Quiet village, nice view from the appartment, good facilities in the town, very friendly owner who gives you a lot of usefull information concerning activities and places to visit. Also all things necessairy to cook on your own. Thank you Olivier, wish you all the best.

Because of the heatwave, we could not sleep very good. There is no airconditioning. Luckely there is a portable fan to give you some airflow in the room. We only had 2 small towels, whilst staying for 2 nights with 2 persons in very hot weather. Maybe one extra towel per person?

Very clean

Really love how clean the studio is, there is no dust or anything. The kitchen area is so well equipped with microwave to every kind of pans there are. The lady is super friendly and always attentive and thoughtful. The studio is located in a well situated village where you can go to Valensole and the gorges easily. Great value for the price. Very clean and nice hallway.

The showerhead was a bit weirdly positioned, but it is not too bad as it is working very good.

Studio propre et bien agencé, bien situé pour profiter des activités et visites dans la région. Accueil charmant. La route qui jouxte l'entrée des appartements est passante, mais l'isolation phonique est bonne. Vraiment très bien pour un couple. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour.

Excellent studio pour une visite du Verdon

Studio bien agencé et bien équipé, bonne literie, salle de bain correcte. Wifi de bonne qualité. Excellent accueil d'olivier, qui aime la région et le fait partager. Le studio est situé à distance idéale des différents lacs.

Une petite remarque accessoire sur la réception satellite de la télévision qui pourrait être améliorée, mais nous n'étions pas venu pour regarder la télé.

Détente à allemagne en provence

Merci à Olivier et sa Cousine pour l'accueil sympathique et convivial dans ce bien jolie village, un appartement bien équipé et agreable a la deco simple mais efficace ,il ne manqué rien de la cafetière au grille pain en passant par le four les plaques de cuisson et le micro onde Les petits village aux alentours était magnifique et les gorges du verdon spendide je conseil vivement cette endroit pour quelques jours de vacances au calme et reposant Un grand merci A Olivier pour la prestation proposé rapport qualité prix tres bien a🙏👍😃
