Cocoonr agency in Saint-Martin-de-Brômes offers this 20 m² air-conditioned maisonette with shared swimming pool for rent, which can accommodate up to 4 people.
The accommodation comprises
- A living room with a TV, a double sofa bed and a dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the living room, including an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc.
- A mezzanine bedroom with a double bed (140×190)
- A bathroom with shower and WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha, fan.
Outside:
- A 10 x 10 m fenced swimming pool, shared and unheated, open from 1ᵉʳ June to 30 September. Opening dates non-contractual, subject to change by the residence.
- A private terrace of around 16 m² with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
The studio is ideally located in Saint-Martin-de-Brômes, in a very pleasant and peaceful setting. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities :
- Tennis court and petanque area in the residence
- Numerous outdoor activities nearby: paddle, electric boat, hiking, horse riding, etc.
- Lake Esparron 12 km away
- Gorges du Verdon 58 km away
