On the first floor: living room with fully equipped open kitchen, terrace, small outdoor room

Traditional oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee makers (filter and Senseo), kettle, toaster, safe, television, internet connection with WIFI access, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, garden furniture, charcoal barbecue

Bedroom 2: 3 single beds of 90 x 190
Pillows and duvets or blankets are provided, you must bring your own sheets or book them in advance (€15 per single bed, €20 per double bed). For stays of one or two nights, linen is provided (sheets and towels).
We have reluctantly changed our way of proceeding regarding electricity. Following numerous abuses and the evolution of the cost of electricity, each gîte will be invoiced at the end of the stay for its actual electricity consumption with electronic individual meter reading according to EDF's regulated tariffs (classic blue tariff off-peak/peak hours)
