In a green setting, facing the sea, on the heights of the cliff of Trouville, discover this authentic Swedish chalet of 72 m2 and its outbuilding of 35 m2.
Located in a private park with direct access to a wild beach, and 2 km from the center of Trouville-Deauville this place is a haven of peace.
In the huge garden facing the sea, you can relax on the deckchairs, lunch or dinner outside and contemplate beautiful sunsets right in front of you!
Housing
The main chalet 72m2 completely renovated, offers contemporary comfort. It has an open kitchen with central island fully equipped, overlooking a large living room open plan.
This living area includes a dining table for 6 or 8 people, a large corner sofa bed with coffee table, a flat screen TV and a fireplace.
The chalet has a spacious master bedroom with double bed of 180, wardrobes and television. A bathroom with double sinks and walk-in shower. Separate toilets.
In against the garden, is an annex of about 35 m2 completely independent wood. Ideal for a couple with 2 children or to delight adolescents in search of independence.
Lulled by the sound of the waves and the sea, this mini chalet is composed of a small corner "kitchen", two rooms with single bed (90 and 120), a bathroom with shower and toilet and a bedroom with double bed 140, more storage.
At your disposal: barbecue and garden furniture (table, chairs, deckchairs, parasol), ping-pong table, table football and pétanque games.
Parking in the garden for at least 4 to 6 vehicles.
Free Wifi in the main chalet.
