As always very friendly staff. For us the perfect location, outside the city amongst the fields. Good parking at the location, quiet situation. Breakfast is very good. We will be back.

There was a little smell outside probably coming from the chicken farm, but it wasn’t bad.

Acceptable

The appartment is nice.

Breakfast advirtised as faboulous, was very dissapointing. No home made products at all, what you would expect from agritourismo. Majority of offered food is sweet. You can order scrambled eggs, that and yogurth are the only non sweet offer. No cheese, no mortadela, even no bread. Location, surroundings are quite industrial, not typical agritourismo. Our appartment was right next to dinning salon, where they had a party until 12 pm

Very nice and clean room. Staff was really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good.

It’s a little far from the city centre, but there is a busstop nearby that takes you to the centre for €1,5 euros.

Peaceful, family-run B&B

It was nice to stay somewhere slightly more rural, but within easy reach of the city (as long as you are driving). The property was well decorated and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful - we would recommend you have a few helpful Italian phrases to hand.

Great for us, but if you're not driving, it might be too far out.

Outside very bad smell, the owner charged us for delay check in for each room €30 total €60 We reached around 3 am If we knew they would charge €60 we would have chanced to go hotel 4 stars for the same price and don’t charge

Almost perfect!

It was easy to communicate with the staff despite the language barrier since they only speak Italian. I managed to get by just fine with my basic knowledge of Italian, but I don't think it would be a problem if I didn't know the language at all. The owners were very friendly, the location was peaceful. The breakfasts were some of the best we've had and we were always looking forward to them.

A bit distant from the city centre, takes a while to get there via public transportation from the Bologna city centre (around 30 min by bus + 15 minutes on foot.

Due to inability to communicate in English, don´t bother to stay here!

The facility is clearly newly renovated, and we had a nice and clean room. The AC was strong enough, as there were almost 40 degrees Celsius outside, so we enjoyed the cool air during the night.

First - the facility is a farm, so the bad smell from the surroundings won´t allow you to open a window or go outside. Second - the reception gentleman did not speak English, which I found arrogant, since the facility is on Booking. They even replied to my message in Italian! They don´t have an elevator, so we had to carry our baggage 3 floors up, which I also found a bit unpleasant. The breakfast was without fresh vegetables or fruit, which is typical for Italy. Lastly, during the night, they were some guests shouting at midnight, and they woke us up. So if you are unlucky to have such "neighbors," you´ll probably not sleep well :/.

We liked everything, we are just sorry their restaurant was not opened at-time of our stay, as we bet it would be amazing experience.

This a beautiful, historic house with exceptional views and a fantastic host.

This was a wonderful stay in a historically interesting home that was renovated with great taste and discernment. Our host Carmen was very helpful in advising us on ferry tickets. Room was huge with great view. Breakfast was very nice and Carmen inquired as to what we would prefer. Highly recommend.

Not again

Nice interior and clean rooms Check in was earlier possible than scheduled

No one speaks english even though languages were described as EN and IT on booking.com. Especially fir check in and check out. My room was super noisy, right above the kitchen so you wake up every day at 6:30 am. On weekends they have a restaurant running and since nothing is sound proofed at all you hear everything until 1 am. I tried to feedback that but no signs of understanding.

Very good

We really enjoyed the restaurant and home-made food. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms very clean, and well heated. The location was good, close to city.

The only thing I did not like as much, was the last stretch of road to get to the place. We had to drive through a semi industrial area which shadowed a bit the beauty of the surrounding countryside.

The location was a bit out of town-Trattoria Anna-great restaurant nearby.Clean and comfortable room

The breakfast was very limited - no hot foods on the breakfast "buffet" except for scrambled eggs if you requested them.

We were assigned the "mansard" room - a room on the top floor where the ceiling was not a full height on the entire room therefore easy to bump on head when you were close to the bed.

Superb

Agriturismo N'Uova Campagna is a very nice place to stay if you want to avoid the hectic city centre. The location is wonderful and relaxing. The accommodation is practically new and everything is finished with the highest standards. Even though it's outside the city, within 20 min by bus you will be at the city centre.

the room was clean. bed was comfortable. shower was very nice. a bit strange location but all the facilities you need for a good night to rest.

the staff only spoke Italian. which was ok. but we stay to have dinner and it was way to expensive for what you get. staff was slow and instead of showing you the menu they tell you what you can get in Italian whiteout prices. overall overrated. good for a night to rest but not to have diner. we slept in a room above the restaurant//reception which made te room very noisy.

Nice overnight stay

Newly renovated rooms with comfortables amenities. The restaurant has a limited menu but the pasta is made on site and very fresh. Breakfast offerings are mainly a selection of cakes and pastries but very fresh.

Very good location . Good helpful host who knows his trade . Clean spacious room with a good bathroom . As we were here for work we need our rest at night and this agriturismo provided the facility to do so . Good basic breakfast . Motorway is 10' drive and airport 15' drive .
