About this cabin rental
A modern cabin for large groups for a fun weekend in the mountains or a week away from the world in the beautiful duck creek village area. Great for family reunions!!

-Dining room with a large table (Folding tables and benches as well)
In addition to paper towels and toilet paper the cabin is also stocked with laundry detergent, shampoo and conditioner, towels/linens as well.

Bring your ATV's or snowmobiles and ride right out of the driveway to over 500 miles of off-road trails

-Close to National Parks: 42 miles to Zions National Park 42 miles to Bryce Canyon National Park 57 miles to Kodachrome Basin State Park 22 miles to Cedar Breaks National Monument 23 miles to Brian Head 198 miles to Las Vegas
A 4X4 vehicle is REQUIRED to access the cabin in winter months (October-April), roads are sometimes slippery and muddy. The cabin is accessed by dirt road, which is plowed in the winter but sometimes has 1 or 2 inches of snow on it.

Rental is located in a quiet residential neighborhood with very strict activity restrictions. Violations will result in being fined and entire security deposits potentially being forfeited. A list of restrictions is available to help you to determine if this rental is suitable for your vacation plans.
Any renters bringing or renting ATV's, Side x Sides or dirt bikes. Please read special rules provided as roads should only be used to access trails. They should not be used to ride up and down as this can be very disruptive to full time residents that work from home and can very loud and dusty. Please do not use others driveways to turn around and obey all laws and especially all speed limits.

The cabin is incredibly spacious. The rooms were large and the 5 full bathrooms ensured everyone had their own space. The kitchen was well stocked and the property was great for the kids to play and sled outside.

We LOVE this cabin! The managers are responsive and are great to work with. Everything (and more!) is available at this location. The kitchen is the BEST on the hill and they have thought of just about everything that you could need. We will be back again and again!
