About this cabin rental
Hard to find 5 bedrooms, 18 bed bunk room, 6.5 bathrooms, 3 gathering areas, gourmet kitchen PLUS a secondary kitchen next to the theater room! Here you can sleep 28 people with their own beds! 3 of the bedrooms have a full bathroom attached to them. Spend your mornings enjoying the mountain peace on the front deck while watching a game of basketball on the full-size court, or relaxing in the swim spa. This is a spacious luxury cabin perfect for holiday vacations with large groups. Only a 5 minute drive from Brian Head Ski Resort.

I want to start by saying we stayed here in the middle of summer, so the experience may be different in winter, fall, or spring.The cabin is large and spacious, with a beautiful kitchen, a big dining table for meals and games, a large hot tub, and a nice barbecue setup. The Brian Head area is beautiful, and we saw deer, a porcupine, and an osprey.The cabin is near the top of the mountain with few trees, so it was windy every day. The wind kept us awake, and we could not leave the windows open because of strong winds. Air circulation was poor, and the two small fans in the main area did not help much. Heating is likely fine because of the fireplace and heating throughout. The basketball court has no fence, so the kids constantly chased balls down the hill. The carpets also had many stains, and there was thick dust on almost every surface. The basement has several bunk beds, but the only apparent emergency exit is back upstairs and through the front door. The garage was locked, and there were no basement windows. There is also no railing on the front stairs, which made access difficult for elderly guests, and there are many stairs throughout the cabin. Most mattresses were old and uncomfortable, with foam pads on several. The only comfortable bed was in the master bedroom.Overall, it was an okay stay with some great features, but guests should be aware of the pros and cons before booking.
