Damage Waiver: SkyRun includes a property damage protection waiver of $59 on each reservation, this may be included under the 'Cleaning Fee' or 'Host Fee' on some OTAs. The damage waiver covers damage to the property up to $1,500 so long as the damage is accidental and reported to SkyRun prior to your departure. It does not cover damage that is willful, the result of negligence, or damage caused by the misuse of household items. It also doesn't cover unreported damage. SkyRun doesn't charge our guests a refundable damage deposit in lieu of the waiver. Unlike a refundable damage deposit, the damage protection waiver is non-refundable.

A great place place to stay? Staying in Brainhead for some good family time has now become a tradition over the holiday break. Some stay in the house and read, snow snowboard and some snowmobile. The house is very easy to get to and has a nice flat entry, especially good for vehicles without 4x4. Upon entering the house, we immediately noticed the open floor plan. The kitchen was a nice size to prepare the food needed for the amount of people it can accommodate. There are bedrooms on all levels which also make it nice for people to spread out. The house is well insulated and kept a comfortable temperature. Something that was impressive to me was that water heating in the house. There are "insta-hots" on all of the faucets and showers which means you don't have to wait on the cold water to move through the pipes, it's hot immediately. Everybody had a great time and we will be back.
