Kitchen: Fully equipped with meticulously crafted cabinets and modern appliances, perfect for preparing meals for large groups.
Wrap-Around Porch: Offers panoramic vistas, ideal for morning coffee or evening relaxation.
Upper Level: Spacious Gathering Area: Equipped with comfortable seating and a selection of books, it's perfect for movie nights or quiet reading. Guests are encouraged to exchange books, fostering a shared love for literature.
Two Cozy Bedrooms: Each with reading nooks, providing tranquil spaces for rest and reflection.

Spacious, comfortable, clean, loved the pool table . Close to everything we wanted to do (dining in Panguitch and Bryce Canyon). Would definitely make another trip back!

We got together with some of our kids friends for their spring break and this house and it's location was great, it was very centrally located for Bryce Canyon, Belly of the Dragon, Moqui Cavern, Little Hollywood Museum in Kanab, Coral Pink Sand Dunes and plenty of rock hounding and night time photography with a great view of the Milky Way.The house had plenty of room for everyone to have their own space and open space to hang out together. We were pleasantly surprised with how well the kitchen was stocked with all the cooking accessories we needed.We had such a great time that we're already planning on coming here for a family reunion.
