GREAT STUDIO VERY PLEASANT AND FUNCTIONAL

Such a great location! It’s right on the line which made it easy to get to tourist areas, but also comforting to come back to a local neighborhood without all the tourists. There’s a great immigration museum down the Main Street across from a fun park. I highly recommend the museum and then the park for a non-touristy but educational activity, especially since it’s in walking distance. I also loved Au Tramway across from the train station! I had my petit dejeuner there every morning and found comfort in reading a book while sitting outside the cafe. I absolutely loved this location for my stay. It was my first time in Paris and I feel like I really lucked out on the accommodation. My sister was with me for a couple of days and the place worked great for the both of us. The shower is small, but if you’re just going to be traveling throughout the day and need somewhere to rest your head at night and take a quick shower, then this really is the ideal spot. I highly recommend and hope I can visit again soon!

Functional. Easy access to public transportation. Quiet. Host was responsive. Enough amenities to meet our needs. Restaurants and grocery store within easy walking distance.

This modest studio apartment is a very comfortable stay in an excellent location. The amenities are basic but functional, and the manager Mimoun is excellent: genuinely friendly, and will respond immediately to help with whatever you might need.

This was a very quiet and cozy ground floor suite close to the metro! Perfectly located. While it had a pungent oder that didn’t really go away, the big windows were very bright had a nice breeze to air it out every time they were opened. The landlord was pretty responsive to our texts and was overall super friendly and agreeable! The only issue we had was when the wifi wasn’t working (the wifi router is not in unit so he had to come a day later to turn it back on). There were clean sheets and ample towels provided. While the kitchen did have some basic cooking supplies, I wouldn’t say it was a complete set (ex. no cutting board or chopping knives). Also an accessibility note, the shower works great but is about a foot off the ground so it’s a little difficult to get in and out of. Overall it was a nice place to stay in Paris. ————————————————————— L’appartement au rez-de-chaussée à été très calme et confortable, avec une bonne proximité du métro! Parfaitement situé. Bien qu'il y ait une odeur particulière qui ne partait pas trop, les grandes fenêtres étaient très lumineuses et avaient une belle brise pour aérer la chambre à chaque fois qu'elles étaient ouvertes. Le propriétaire était assez réactif à nos textes et était super sympa et agréable ! Le seul problème que nous avons eu était lorsque le wifi ne fonctionnait pas (la box wifi n'est pas dans l'unité, le propriétaire a donc dû venir un jour plus tard pour le rallumer). Il y avait des draps propres et de grandes serviettes fournies. Bien que la cuisine avait quelques ustensiles de cuisine de base, je ne dirais pas que c'était un ensemble complet (par exemple, pas de planche ni de bon couteau pour bien couper). Également une note d'accessibilité, la douche fonctionne très bien mais est à environ un pied du sol, il est donc un peu difficile d'entrer et de sortir. Tout dit, c'était un bon endroit pour séjourner à Paris.
