About this apartment rental
A pleasant and functional studio a few minutes from Paris 20th, located in Bagnolet on the Montreuil side.
To discover what the capital has to offer, the studio is well served by public transportation; only 5 minutes from Robespierre metro (line 9) and 300 m from bus stop 318.
Next to the accommodation, you will have shops and restaurants but the area has no tourist points of interest, you have to take the metro to take you to Paris.
Only a few minutes walk from Paris to Bagnolet and very well served by the Robespierre metro, the Porte de Montreuil tramway and by the 318 bus, the studio is located on the 2nd floor without elevator of a building with secure access.
It consists of a main room with:
- a double bed
- a sofa that converts into a bed (extra bed because it is not comfortable for long stays)
- a TV
- a wardrobe
a functional separate kitchen and a dining or work area with:
- a coffee machine
- a microwave
- a baking sheet
- a kettle
- refrigerator
- crockery, glasses and cutlery
- Pots and pans
And a private shower room and toilet.
Bed linen and towels (1 per person) are provided and included in the cleaning price.
