About this apartment rental
Small, practical accommodation with a small balcony.
To discover what the capital to offer you, my accommodations are very well served by public transportation, about 5 minutes from the Robespierre metro (line 9) and 300 m from the 318 bus stop.
Next to the accommodation, you will have shops and restaurants but the area has no tourist points of interest, you have to take the metro to take you to Paris.
The accommodation has a small balcony.
In the bedroom a queen size bed 160x200 offers. There is an extra sofa bed in the main room that can accommodate 1 extra person (not suitable for long stays as it remains an extra bed).
The kitchen is functional.
The bathroom offers a shower and toilet.
In the sleeping area, daylight shines through the glass roof and in the evening for more privacy if you share this accommodation, you can close the curtains. There is space to hang your clothes and store your suitcases.
It can accommodate up to 3 guests.
Bed linen and bath towels (1 medium size towel per person) are provided and included in the cleaning price.
We offer for rent:

Car chair: 5e/day
Stroller: 5e/day
Deckchair and bath: 5e/day

If you come by car, you can park on the street, we do not have a parking space.

After a week long cruise around the British Isles, we came to a Paris to visit some friends. The property was perfect for our needs. It was definitely a struggle to get 2 large suitcases and 2 carryon bags up the stairs the night we arriver, but it was fantastic after that. The owner had everything labeled and a fantastic book with all the details, both in French and English, which was so helpful. It’s more off the beaten path than I originally thought, but it is very close to the metro. Overall, we would definitely recommend it and we would absolutely stay again.

Place was tight but clean and cosy. Host was communicative and had everything we needed. There was a rooftop rave next door which wasn't the owners fault, annoying though. Neighborhood wasn't great.
