Poncinvs Residence

Gabriella was very helpful, she helped us with late check in and booking shuttle and stayed in contact with us for everything we need. The photos and guidance provided made it very easy to complete self check in. The accommodation was very clean and we have absolutely no complaints. We were very impressed with all the effort put in, with snacks left out and water left in as you don’t always get that. A lot of care has gone in to making this stay comfortable for people and it’s very handy for the airport.

Easy to reach the airport, by foot. The host provided us with all required details, like how to reach the location, how to go to the airport, places to eat.

There is nothing to complain about.

Nice apartment, with good facilities. Close to airport and good communication with staff.

The building from outside was kind of old. We arrived late at a cloudy and rainy night and the apartment was cold! There was a big issue with the air conditioning, they do not allow you to set the temperature,or the fan ,as you wish!!the controller is LOCKED ,they are controlling the settings from the wi -fi!! When I asked for a warmer temperature, they said they will put only 26°because in Italy it is not allowed. Two hours later while I was trying to sleep I heard the sound of the controller and they changed the temperature to24° degrees again!! The air conditioning was working the hole night and got never on 24°degrees. Lucky me I wasn't traveling with my kids, because I should have been looking for another place to stay. So sorry for this place.This was so stressful.
