Poncinvs Residence

Very clean! The instructions to get there were sent on whatsapp and there were no problems. Self check-in, very convenient Location 7 minutes drive from the airport

Amazing staff, very responsive. Check-in instructions very clear. Mosquito net on each window. Bonus: free treats upon arrival

A smell in the apartment when we arrived because nobody has been there for a long time.

The apartment itself is very comfortable, clean and spacious. Gabriella (contact person from the property) has been also incredibly helpful and kind.

The complex in which are the apartments is a bit of a doer upper…

Πολύ κοντά στο αεροδρόμιο. Πολύ καλές οδηγίες και επικοινωνία με τους διαχειριστές.

The building from outside was kind of old. We arrived late at a cloudy and rainy night and the apartment was cold! There was a big issue with the air conditioning, they do not allow you to set the temperature,or the fan ,as you wish!!the controller is LOCKED ,they are controlling the settings from the wi -fi!! When I asked for a warmer temperature, they said they will put only 26°because in Italy it is not allowed. Two hours later while I was trying to sleep I heard the sound of the controller and they changed the temperature to24° degrees again!! The air conditioning was working the hole night and got never on 24°degrees. Lucky me I wasn't traveling with my kids, because I should have been looking for another place to stay. So sorry for this place. This was so stressful.
