Nice villa and complex, nice owner

The property is very nice, in a complex with few other buildings. There is a nice garden in front of the house and there are tables outside, including a barbecue. The beach is close. The building itself has 3 levels, the ground level with the kitchen and the living room, the first floor has 2 bedrooms (each with one double bed) and the attic, where are 3 beds. There are 2 bathrooms with shower. The host is very nice even we did not interact too much. There are all the necessary amenities at the property.

Even the property was advertised having 8 places to sleep, the couch in the living room was not very comfy. In my opinion the villa is for 7 people, 4 adults and 3 children in this display. There was only one AC in the attic and I think they needed also AC in the living room (there was another AC in a bedroom, but was broken). I have discussed this matters with the owner that looked very receptive at my suggestions. WiFi was good, but with fluctuations. There is only one parking place inside the complex. If you come with more than one car, the other one must be left outside the complex. The center of the town is 15 minutes walking, but there you can find everything you need.

Bună, un mare avantaj este plaja aproape la 250 m, este grătar afară, bucătăria utilată, aparat de aer condiționat, gazda foarte receptivă, ne-a acordat informații despre cele mai bune plaje, despre restaurante unde se servește tot felul de pește și fructe de mare, despre piața autohtonă care se organizează o singură dată în săptămâna .....

Noi am fost 2 familii și cu 2 mașini. Aceasta vila are doar un singur loc de parcare , și o mașină o parcam unde găseam loc în afară vilei , dar tot a fost ok. Da și la bucătărie pentru un grup ca al nostru, nu se ajungeau tacâmuri ( furculițe, farfurii )
