La Villa si trova in una posizione defilata rispetto al centro cittadino e per questo si gode di tranquillità e silenzio.
L'host ci ha guidato con indicazioni dettagliate su come raggiungerla e questo è stato importante.
La struttura presenta degli elementi architettonici e di arredo interessanti ed originali.
Io e i miei amici non eravamo espertissimi di piani cottura ad induzione e abbiamo dovuto ricorrere all'aiuto del host che è sempre stato disponibilissimo. Filippo si è ripetutamente informato su come ci trovassimo e ha costantemente offerto la sua assistenza per qualunque evenienza.

Nella stanza c'era odore forte di muffa e la doccia funzionava male. L' arredo era raffazzonato ma la stanza era ingombra
