Traditional summer house in Marmari

The owner met us and handed over the keys. Excellent communication via phone call. Overall we enjoyed our stay! The house is in a good location, quiet but close to the shops and restaurants. Easy to find parking. With a view of the sea and sunset. The owner is very friendly and easily approachable. The only slight issue was that although the house was clean there was some dust on the floor but that was easily solved with swiping. We had a great time staying there for 4 nights with a 2 year old.

The house is very nice, with a big living room, a nice area outside where you can see the sunset on the see, and right dimensioned rooms. The position is perfect for walking distance activities in Marmari and to visit the southern part of Evia by car

The only little negative thing is that the kitchen could be better equipped , maybe with one more pan and a more modern stove

Apparemment avec tout ce qu’il faut dedans, propriétaires adorables. Nous avons passé un bon séjour.

Very close to the town centre. Exceptionally clean. View of the sea from outside

No address so had to phone and meet owner then follow to location.
