About this house rental
Welcome to your home base for all that Sedona has to offer! Our newer custom home will provide you and your family with a comfortable and quiet stay among the red rocks in the perfect location of West Sedona. We keep our home stocked with all of the necessities/amenities needed for your stay including a 50 amp EV charging plug and a Keurig coffee station. Our home features a split floor plan with three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. A cozy fireplace is available along with games, puzzles, a Nintendo Classic, and two new smart TV's with cable and a Netflix subscription. A dedicated workstation and high speed internet is also available. The lush backyard is very quiet and offers red rock views, seating for eight, a grill, propane fire pit, and a hot tub. Our home is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac with plenty of parking on the extended driveway or two car garage. Our home has one video camera showing the front yard/driveway only. This property is one of the best vacation place we have ever stayed in. The location is clean, well maintained and equipped. Chris was easy to communicate with and made it easy to check in and check out. It was the perfect place for a family vacation with our adult children. I highly recommend this property.

This was a perfect, comfortable home for our three day stay for 2 couples. Check-in was so easy. Everything was ready for us. It’s fully equipped with everything you might need. Although we didn’t use the hot tub it was available and looked great. Nice backyard. Beautiful views. The kitchen was fully found stocked. All kinds of games. Great bedrooms, wonderful layout for three couples or a family. Close to hiking trails.We thoroughly enjoyed our time there! We would definitely rent this home again!

The waters provide were a perfect touch & not expected. The views were amazing, neighborhood was quiet and easy to get to. We enjoyed the hot tub and cozy fireplace. I would definitely stay here again.
