Superb view over the sea. Large terrace/balcony area - part covered to offer shade.
Large bathroom with excellent shower.
Comfortable bed.

Very modern, great views from the balcony and had our own sun beds on the balcony too. Pool was very nice and never too crowded so could always get a sunbed whenever we wanted. Comfortable space and restaurants within walking distance, or a short drive into the main Šibenik town. Covered parking was also very handy.
The kitchens could be better equipped with more utensils, more than one chopping board, tea towels and soap etc. The freezer door was also broken so we could only use the fridge and not the little freezer inside it.
Only 1 pillow per person initially provided (and very flat pillows) so we didn’t have the most comfortable first night’s sleep. They did gives us extra upon request but would have been nice if more pillows always supplied so guests can choose how many they prefer.
It also might be worth providing some extension leads or plugs that then provide multiple sockets as there was only one plug by the bed meaning you could either have the lamp on or charge your phone but you couldn’t do both.
Air conditioning only in the lounge, would have been nice if in the bedrooms too.

nothing particular
- from the description in booking.com, it is not visible/recognizable that this room (described as „apartment with pool view“) is the worst of 8 available apartments of Villa Croatica II, situated in an side building in the backyard, ground floor; almost no day light in the bedroom; not much light in the living room; not much and cheap equipment; small bed for two and and one not very comfortable sofa bed in the living room; all very narrow. We‘ve stayed 4 nights there in a heat period and felt it was not at all comfortable (we tried to more or less only sleep there)
- ants on the floor / door probably not entirely closed for these insects
- service staff does not speak any English
- not much available in the neighborhood (one italian restaurant); however: it looks as a small supermarket will open soon in the closer neighborhood
- this specific appartment can arguably be used by 3 persons - but is too narrow for this and there only 2 outdoor chairs
