We were upgraded because there was an issue with the room. The staff immediately responded professionally by offering us another room!
The breakfast was very good, as well as the location of the hotel.
As for parking, you will need to use a public car park.

We loved the rooftop terrace and hot tub. Convenient location in Old Town Center. Close to municipal parking garage.
I-Pad driven light control was too complicated for convenience. Be careful going up and down on the steps up to the roof top terrace.
