About this house rental
Private, luxurious, waterfront retreat with wide canals and DIRECT gulf access! Corner lot in a cul-de-sac with a privacy fence; heated, gulf-side, salt water pool and jacuzzi; an indoor hot tub, gas and charcoal barbecues, and 600’ of deck upstairs. Three docks for fishing; dropping a basket to catch live blue crab; dolphin, manatee, sea turtle, and local feathered friend sightings; or just taking in the breathtaking sunrises and sunsets. Two of the three docks are available for boat owners. Kayaks, paddle boards, a peddle boat, and bicycles are provided, too! A built-in ladder on the side of dock #1 is available for ease of mounting and dismounting on and off of the kayaks/paddle boards. A full, newly remodeled kitchen and state of the art appliances are a plus for the chefs in the group to cook up your freshly caught fish, crab, and scallops! Come enjoy the Florida lifestyle on Nature's Coast.

We had a wonderful experience staying in his home. The attention to detail was marvelous. The house was spotless and the amenities were as promised. We had beautiful sunrises and sunsets from the deck. Wildlife was abundant and even caught a few fish from the dock. The beds are amazing, I think the most restful sleep I had in a long time. What truly set this property apart for us was the communication by the owner. It was the details such as what basics to have loaded in the fridge to get us started off with. The follow up after the stay inquiring if there was anything else that would have made out stay more enjoyable. We could not be happier with our trip. We'll stay here again for sure.
