Excessive additional fees, in cash only.
The location was nice, and the house was generally clean and spacious.
We were charged exorbitant additional fees for a 2 night stay. €15 because we recycled glass bottles in the glass recycling bin. Yes, you read that right. There were complex instructions for garbage disposal (which you can be charged €10 extra if you get it wrong) and ridiculous charges for plastic bags (€1.50 each 🤣). We just used our own bags instead. The fact that these excessive charges are deducted from your CASH deposit makes one wonder if these are declared for tax purposes. Beware, you are also charged extra to use several of the facilities like the hot tub. I'm pretty sure there's also a cleaning fee for the barbecue but luckily we didn't use it. The exit is quite stressful. The concierge is very friendly with check-in, but at check-out he was quite aggressive when it came to the extra fees. The water, gas, and electricity charges are significantly higher than the average household cost in Belgium. Even the tourism tax seems to exceed the normal rates. The fact that no toilet paper, bedding, or kitchen cleaning is supplied just adds to the inconvenience of staying at this property. The property is not fully enjoyed because of the fear of these unpredictable charges always at the back of your mind.

L'emplacement, l'aménagement de l'habitation
Logement à éviter!!!! Dés l arrivée on vous énonce les règles et tous les suppléments : 40 euros de bois pour le poêle (pour une dizaine de bûches!) 80 euros si vous utilisez le hottube (40 bois, 40 euros de nettoyage) et les frais d eau car vous devez le remplir... On vous déconseille d'utiliser le hamman, le sauna et le chauffage au sol car aucune charge est incluse dans le prix de la location. 1,5 euros/sac poubelle, 15 euros de pénalité si le tri est mal fait Le tout expliqué comme si vous aviez 5 ans, autant dire qu'on ne débute pas le séjour à l'aise! Aucun linge fourni (lit, bain et cusine) Absolument aucune commodité ! Au final 112 euros de charges pour un séjour pour 6 adultes durant 40h! (Arrivée le vendredi 16h et départ le dimanche 10h). Propriétaire plus que désagréable quand vous demandez le détail des charges!
