An easy walk to Plage au Pont, probably the most sheltered bay in the long St Malo beach. In good weather, this was uncrowded, safe and clean, but the only facilities were public toilets and an ice cream man on a bike. The property, which is like a granny flat, had not been professionally cleaned and the washing machine was broken when we arrived. There is a LeClerc hypermarket and a Carrefour Express nearby. Parking in St Malo is difficult but there is a good bus service

Appartement très bien situé au calme dans un secteur résidentiel, proche d'un arrêt d'autobus et de plusieurs belles plages familiales. Chambres très spacieuses avec de grands placards. Seul bémol, les accessoires de cuisine insuffisants en variété, en quantité et en qualité. La literie et les oreillers pourraient être également rehaussés en qualité.

Appartement spacieux, bien équipé dans l'ensemble. Manquent cependant un saladier en verre par exemple, une râpe pour les légumes, et un séchoir un peu plus solide pour le linge. Très peu de contacts avec la personne chargée des arrivées et départs, c'est un peu surprenant mais apparemment basé sur la confiance.

Location bien situé près de la plage 5 min a pied, d'un parc pour enfant à 3 min à pied avec vue sur la mer. Dans une résidence au calme. Petit jardinet. Bien équipé ( four, lave-vaisselle,...) 2 grandes chambres lit doubles. Mais salon un peut petit pour 6 adultes. Idéal pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants. Locataire attentionné et à l'écoute. Je recommande cette location. Nous reviendrons sûrement pour des prochaines vacances.

Nous avons passes 2 nuits juste avant Noel, dans cet appartment tres bien chauffe, situe dans l'annexe d'une maison dans un lotissement, pres de la mer et a 5 km de St Malo. Moi et mes 2 ados nous sommes bien plu dans ce coin calme et charmand de Bretagne.

Location conforme à la description, seul Bémol, la mitoyenneté. Les personnes qui louaient la deuxième partie la maison( un.groupe charmant au demeurant ) faisait un BBQ et sans être bruyants, la proximité des locations ne permettait d'avoir la tranquillité attendue surtout en fin de soirée. Il serait opportun de préciser cette particularité sur l'annonce et de placer le BBQ sur un emplacement distant de la location. Sinon la location était nickel et l'accueil de Nadine efficace.

Excellent séjour d'une semaine en famille, et très bon rapport qualité prix. le logement est proche de la mer et de magnifiques plages. Nadine est très flexible et adorable. L'appartement est propre et on s'y sent bien. Un gros plus pour la boulangerie qui cuit ses pains au feu de bois et ses croissants... Merci pour le conseil :)

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette location. Il ne manque rien. Nadine est vraiment aux petits soins avec nous, la plage est à côté, on peut se garer facilement et il y a tous les commerces à proximité. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man brauchen könnte, um eine angenehme Zeit in der Famillie oder mit Freunden zu verbringen (Barbecue draußen, Raclette oder Fondue drinnen). Die Wohnung ist ein langer dunkler Schlauch, die Küche schlecht ausgestattet, der Garten eigentlich nicht nutzbar. Es fehlte ein Wäschetrockner, der Staubsauger funktionierte schlecht und wurde trotz Meldung nicht ausgetauscht. Auf dem Sofa lag zum Schutz eine schäbige Decke. Bei dem fürstlichen Preis hätten wir mehr erwartet...

Pasamos 15 días muy agradables. Todo el mobiliario y complementos de la casa estaba muy nuevo y limpio, aunque quizás faltaba un poco de menaje de cocina. Nadine, la hermana del dueño, nos recibió muy amablemente y nos proporcionó la lavadora que faltaba (y que a nosotros nos resultaba imprescindible). Zona muy tranquila, a unos 30 minutos andando de St. Malo, pero con dos playas a las que se puede ir caminando en 10.

Pas suffisamment de vaisselle pour 5 .( 4 bols pour le petit déjeuner ) La 5 ieme personne dort dans le salon sur le canapé , le probleme c'est qu'il y a un velux sans volet et elle est réveillée très tôt par le jour . Sinon lbonne situation de cet appartement , calme et à proximité de plage .

L'appartement est une extension du pavillon de la propriétaire (qui est très sympathique) , on est tt à fait indépendant; la maison est conforme aux photos ; il n'y a pas 3 chambres mais 2 chambres et un canapé-lit ds le salon (le velux qui se trouve au au dessus-du canapé-lit n'a pas de store occultant, ce qui peut être gênant le matin si on veut dormir ); sinon très bon rapport qualité/prix pour ceux qui veulent visiter St Malo un week-end ! je recommande

Location tres agréable dans le quartier de rotheneuf, très tranquille, à qq minutes à pieds de la mer et des commerces. La location est propre, fonctionnelle, les chambres grandes avec de nombreux rangements il manque de la vaisselle et ustensiles de cuisine, je l ai dit à la propriétaire qui doit faire le nécessaire . Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.
