Accueil sympathique. Appartement spacieux, très agréable avec une belle terrasse et un très grand jardin. Bien situé par rapport aux balades à pieds. Dommage que la vue sur mer a pratiquement disparu ; un lotissement en construction juste à côté de la maison cache tout le panorama.

maison super équipée et spacieuse, belle terrasse face à une grand pelouse. Voiture garée à proximité de la porte d'entrée. Maison soignée et propre. La propriétaire est une gentille dame bien accueillante et sympathique.

Nous avons passé un super séjour, la location est au top, en plus le jardin a fait le bonheur de nos enfants et de notre chien. Les propriétaires sont très agréable, nous avons été très bien reçu et la location est très bien située : plage, port, ballade.... Je pense que nous reviendrons car en plus on adore la Bretagne et nous avons encore plein d'endroits à visiter et à découvrir.

location bien située, propre, correctement équipée. La terrasse Sud est très agréable, hors saison. En été cette longère comprend 4 appartements en rez de chaussée, et le jardin est commun à tous. ( c'est précisé dans l'annonce) L'ameublement est en état d'usage, et bien fatigué dans la salle de bains : lavabo ne tient plus, miroir usé à remplacer. Certains raccords électriques apparents non conformes ; attention aux enfants turbulents. l'insonorisation du sol laisse à désirer : on entend les bruits venant de l'appartement du dessus. Accueil très mitigé : on vous demande quand vous partez avant même de vous faire visiter les lieux...

Nous avons passé un séjour agréable. Le choix correspondait à notre demande. nous souhaitions un endroit calme avec un peu de terrain pour notre cocker qui pouvait courir. Proche de la plage et pas très loin de Cancale et de la pointe du Gruoin. Parfait pour nous.
