Ivona was amazing - she went above and beyond to ensure we had a lovely stay and helped with all of our taxis transfers.
Our stay at the holiday apartment was a pleasant and relaxing experience. If you're looking for a no-frills, clean, and conveniently located accommodation close to the beach, [5-10mins walk] this is a great option.
Podstrana is lovely for relaxing at the pool or beach.
Not far from Split.
The small pebble beaches nearby are clear and the water was very warm [July/August].
There are high end bars and restaurants on the boardwalk and more affordable ones on the beach.
The apartment was spotlessly clean upon arrival, which instantly put us at ease. The very basic amenities provided met our needs comfortably, and the proximity to the beach was a definite highlight. The pool was also nice and clean.
The apartment was in a safe family area. We could walk to the local bars and restaurants.
It is a dirt road and a bit hilly - no footpaths, so maybe not the best for anyone with reduced mobility or with buggies.
If you're seeking a clean and straightforward accommodation near the beach, this holiday apartment is a solid choice. With a few added touches, it has the potential to become a true gem for vacationers seeking both comfort and convenience.
While the apartment provided the essentials, we couldn't help but notice that a few extra touches could have elevated our stay. It would have been wonderful to have some additional amenities like some cold water or ice tray upon arrival. There was also no extra towels provided for the pool or beach, or any body wash in the showers - so you would also need to pack these. These thoughtful extras would have enhanced our overall experience.
There is no oven in the apartment - only a stovetop - to be aware if self catering. The pool was also not heated - but this was not a problem for us as it was so warm outside.
One of the bedrooms had aircon, the other did not. A fan might have helped in the night time heat.

Personel was really kind and friendly, view from balcony was amazing, room pretty, comfortable, perfect size for couple, with air conditioner of course, near location is store and two good restaurants. I really recommend this place, we will come back for sure 😊
