Beautiful seaside landscape. Something to fix.

The sea is very close. The balcony of the room has a wonderful sea view. The bus stop is nearby, from where you can get to the old town of Split in about 30 minutes. The surroundings are beautiful. Walking along the promenade is wonderful.

The hotel and the room are unfinished. The hotel was undergoing renovation and there were noises. All the lights in the hallways were not working. There were open electrical sockets in the hallways and rooms, not protected, and the electrical wires were visible. The room lacked a trash can and a towel rack. The bathroom has no air conditioning or ventilation at all. The entire bathroom and toilet gets wet when you shower and it doesn't dry for a long time. The breakfast was quite small and modest. The hotel is not accessible. You have to walk up the stairs to get to the elevator and check in. There is a steep descent from the street to the hotel entrance.

Good location, easy enough to get around. Breakfast was really tasty with little choice. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the room had everything I needed. Beach and sunsets were absolutely beautiful .....definitely the highlight.

The fridge was extremely loud and leaking, and the hairdryer didn’t work. Also, I kept finding sand in the room every day even after it had been cleaned, which was a bit disappointing.

Staff was great, view was great.

Shower was broken and the handheld shower head part was super moldy and the shower head above was covered in lime not allowing the water to properly exit. It was incredibly loud in the mornings and my final morning they were doing construction at 8AM. Couple switches did not work nor the mirror light nor the vent causing the bathroom to get super humid as well as pretty dark in there.

The hotel is in a great location, the bus stop is right by it which can bring you straight into split centre. The beach is right infront of the property which is beautiful and there’s plenty of restaurants along it. I loved the size of the hotel how it wasn’t massive but quaint and modern, staff were lovely and very accommodating!

The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. Balcony was also nice.

Having no pool bar was very bad. The hotel would be alot better with a pool bar open so people around the pool sunbathing can get thereself a drink instead of having to bring there own in.

Overall, it was a pleasant stay with a great location, but the cleaning service could be much better.

The room was spacious enough for two people and quite comfortable. The pool was great, and the beach was just a short walk away.

When we asked to make our room, we expected at least a proper cleaning and a change of sheets. Instead, the bed was just made with the same sheets, and only the towels were replaced. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned at all.

Nice beach, maybe good value during low season

The location was beautiful, right in front of a nice beach. The hotel has a small pool, which is a nice extra touch. The room is quite spacious, we got one with a balcony facing the pool with a partial sea view at the back. It was nice. The inclusive breakfast was also not bad, the staffs were quite polite and friendly.

There was a strong stench from the bathroom, didn't go away with cleaning. I think it was bad plumbing, needed a deeper professional cleaning. I also think the hotel is not really good value, maybe during the low season, but for the summer price, the facilities you get and the price you pay are not really worth it in my opinion. They charged us an extra 4 euro per beach towel too, which was insane judging it's a beach hotel (it's in the name!). At least an extra normal towel should have been provided in the room for a beach hotel. We stayed in other beachfront hotels before, expensive and cheap ones, and not one of them charged us for using a beach towel -_- At max a deposit required maybe, but not an actual fee.

Poor Customer Service

The location

Housekeeping did not sweep the room. I had to go ask for the broom at the front desk,. Most staff were not helpful, limited parking and owners would take two of the spots.. I asked for an iron, never got the iron because they didn't know which room they lent it out to and it wasn't returned and housekeeping couldn't be bothered to look for it while turning down the rooms.. Nice hotel and location let down by poor customer service.. In the end we couldn't wait to checkout.

The pool. The beach. Comfy beds. Great rooms. Lovely long walks. Fab location. Lovely restaurants on doorstep. Big balcony

Provided with a fridge and kettle but no tea coffee etc. Needs a bin. Breakfast is a bit basic. The road into split is extremely busy. There really needs to be a water taxi from the resort to split. Wld save a lot of frustration for locals and tourists

We booked 5 rooms, one was small and dark (no 3), the other 4 were fab. They could do with a bin in the rooms and tea and coffee facilities.

Good stay on beach with AC and pool.

The room was nice. We had to get 2 rooms with 2 adults and 2 children. The pool and beach was nice.

Unfortunately hotel guest had to pay for the chairs on the beach, right in front of the hotel. Only breakfast is offered at the hotel. Also one of our rooms didnt have a fridge like the description mentioned.

A wonderful location, great facilities, good food and lovely staff

The rooms were clean, modern and well equipped

The only downside was the view from our balcony, was some disused benches and a sink round the side. Wouldn’t have wanted to sit on the balcony. But that was the only gripe. Everything else was wonderful

Yes ! Go for it

The room was cozy and clean. And the stuff were really nice ! The location is nice as there is beautiful beach right in-front of you and nice bars and restaurants also. But we didn’t have much of Sea view cuz it was on the first floor.

No noise cancellation! room was on the first floor so we could hear everything going on outside even when windows were closed. First floor rooms have no good view! But they told us its in the first floor in the first place and we said ok cuz it was the last room available. And warm water in the bathroom was a problem

Modern, spacious, great view

The room was super spacious and modern! The bed was very comfortable, the pool area was lovely and the view from the room was incredible. We also enjoyed being so close to beach restaurants.

Gem spot in Croatia.

We liked the location, breakfast was good, we enjoyed the pool after a long walk on the beach, beautiful sunset and even fireworks! We will be back for sure.

Comfortable rooms.

The room was wonderful. We had three rooms among us, and each had different amenities. Some had a safe, some had bedding, but it was not consistent. Breakfast was quite good; we enjoyed the juicer. Good access to the beach with a bar and pool on the premises. We were lucky there was a parking spot on site. A 15 minute walk to the pickup for boat tours.

The pool closed TOO early.

I only stay one night in this hotel and I can say for the small hotel it is brilliant. They have everything you need. Breakfast is good, beach is beautiful but what make this hotel excellent is their staff, especially receptionist Bojana and the other lady but I don't know her name. Everything is possible for them. Brilliant stay and most likely I will stay there again. 10 * for receptionist, thank you very much

The beach towels were great but they were 7euros each. :) I thought maybe deposit....NOT! I did like the free parking!

BREAKFAST WAS OK BUT ONLY TILL 10 AM....But that was no problem because housekeeping had wokin me up at 8am with a knock on my door followed by much noise in the hallway. So, I was well awake for breakfast. My room was not close to the room shown in the pictures "deluxe" became super "cramped" with the sink in my room next to the bed. And the outside kitchen was a super mess and dirty. Don't order food there.

the room and hotel facilities were amazing. literally on the beach. Staff were amazing. Especially the kind lady behind reception was so lovely. I broke my toe on a boat trip whilst here and she always checked in on me and even sent us a bottle of wine to room. loved our stay here.

Superb

Lovely place, lovely building, lovely view, lovely staff! Great to have pool there with sunbeds, room was nice and clean, quite large and our had two balconies. There was a fridge, kettle, hairdryer, Rituals soap and shampoo. Literally next to the beach - the beach was quite crowdy, however 200m towards each side and it was half empty, sea was crystal clear. Parking is tight but the staff was really helpful to arrange parking up on the main road as we were not able to drive down - many thanks! There are only 18-or so rooms so it was not crowded. Breakfasts were also really nice.

The building is surely build with Croatian standards - few bits and pieces that seemed "unfinished", heavy traffic around and the road noise was sometimes annoying as the windows are quite thin and not sound-proof. Ocassional smell of burnt oil near the pool from the restaurant, which was average in quality.
