Appartement calme très bien situé. Plutôt spacieux. Tout le nécessaire est là. Très bon rapport qualité-prix.
Appartement un peu sombre et pas bien entretenu ( sauf SDB) : Plinthes cassées, pas de rideaux dans la chambre principale, mousse qui tombe des fauteuils quand on s'assoit. L'agence répond aux mails, mais n'est pas efficace. Malgré les instructions suivies à la lettre, impossible d'entrer dans l'immeuble. Nous avons attendu, appelé l'agence mais cela ne s'ouvrait pas. Heureusement un voisin est arrivé. Seulement 2 rouleaux de papier toilettes pour 4 pour 4 jours; on ne nous en a pas apporté malgré notre demande. La télévision ne fonctionnait pas, idem, l'agence ne nous a pas depannés.

La buena sitiacion para ir andando a casi todos los sitios. La plaza de garaje, imprescindible en Sevilla si llevas coche. Ademas tenia todo lo necesario, menaje, plancha, aire acondicionado.......
El colchon de la cama de matrimonio habria q ir pensando en cambiarlo.

Très bon emplacement. Hôte réactif. Appartement calme.
Des fourmis dans la salle de bain, localisé au deuxième étage (compliqué pour une personne agee). La parte de la chambre à deux lits était démontée et j'ai dû la remtre en place. Ampoule du salon défectueuse.
