Two air conditioning machine of rooms were not functioning. I send a message and made a phone call asking to fix. The host did not fixed or even answered my request.

La ubicación. Una casa amplia.
Para empezar, deberian advertir que no hay ascensor. Somos mayores, no lo hubieramos escogido. Son pesadas de subir y con alguna barandilla rota. Las duchas, una se salia el agua y la otra la mampara rota. No había cafetera. Ni un trapo para el banco, ni jabón para las manos. Hemos estado en bastantes casas y esta es de las peores.
