El apartamento está en una urbanización cerrada , estaba muy limpio, en pleno barrio de las cruces, las camas muy cómodas con todo lo necesario. Lo mejor, la pequeña piscina en la azotea para refrescarse del calor de Sevilla.

Los vecinos se ve que están hartos de los alquileres vacacionales y te lo hacen saber. Nos dejaron meter antes de tiempo las maletas y en la espera de las indicaciones estábamos jugando con mi hijo en el patio al escondite para entretenerle sin Gritar mi nada y nos chistaron , diciendo que era un patio no una zona de juegos que no se podía correr ni hacer ruido, a las doce y media de la mañana.eso nos dejó un poquito mal porque de verdad no estábamos haciendo ruido pero bueno lo hago saber porque no me quiero imaginar como se ponen si llegar tarde de noche .

Nos receberam para mostrar tudo anfitrião prestarivo, o apartamento estava bem limpo, muito confortável. A localização é muito perto dos pontos turisticos e tambem muito tranquila.

The location is good.

Dealing with the owner was very dissapointing and additional fees were required. I have reserved the accomodation with free cancelation because I know I will be coming later that allowed on booking. Threfore I approach the owner to confirm whether this is an issue and nothing was raised by the owner despite my explicit question. Later, when I was not able to cancel I was told I need to pay fee for late check in and i was told if I don’t pay they will not give me the appartment upon arrival but only in the morning. So I had no choice and had to pay. The landlord wrote me that if I don’t like it I can cancel but they will not refund me my payment. I finally paid because I didn’t have a choice and would stay in the street in the moddle of night. And when I came to the appartment I even find out that bed is not ready for my whole family. Despite they know it is 4 of us coming they only have 2 single beds set and they told me I have to do the couch myself. Which couch btw was composed by two separated prts which were not anyhow fix together and hence moving.
