・歴史的建造物の大三元ビルディングと棟続きの一部が宿泊施設になっています。インテリアもレトロな雰囲気を活かしつつも設備は揃ってて快適。 ・ロケーションも最高。近くにスーパーがあり買い出しも便利、市電の駅や観光スポット（函館山ロープウェイや八幡坂など）や食事するところにも近い。
特に思い当たる点はないです

ดีมากมาย เหมือนอยู่บ้าน มีเป็น10 คนก็พักได้สบายๆ ห้องน่ำ พอเพียง ไม่ต้องแย่งกัน ครัวครบครัน ข้างๆมีซุปเปอร์มาเก็ต ซื้อของมาทำกับข้าวได้ มีมุมนั่งกินข้าวกินเบียร์รวมกัน ฟิน 100%

Host was accommodating and responsive. The place was clean and accurate to pictures. The location was fantastic and check-in/check-out was easy.
Wi-Fi didn't work, despite them saying it did. It was non-existent. This may not affect some people who are staying here, but it impacted our stay.
