THE APARTMENT
BALEA is a duplex apartment you’ll therefore need to go up and down the stairs to go from the bedrooms to the living room. The main living area is very bright thanks to its many windows bringing natural daylight. The living room features comfortable sofas, a small desk area, a flat screen TV and the modern is fully equipped. You will love to enjoy your meals on the dining table or on the pretty balcony overlooking the ocean and the lighthouse.

THE BEDROOMS
BALEA welcomes you in 2 spacious bedrooms located on the lower floor, under the main living area. The cozy master bedroom has many storage closets, a Queen-size bed, a large flat screen TV and a contemporary bathtub that will certainly surprise you.
The second room – decorated with tropical-style wallpaper, features 2 single beds – that can be converted in King-size bed, a flat screen TV and a bathroom with shower and toilets.

HOW CONVENIENT
When you rent this holiday apartment in Biarritz you can park your car in the available private garage right next to the apartment (Height 78 inches x Width 94.5 inches x Depth 189 inches). In the city center and especially in summer, having a garage is a real asset! You can also enjoy all the equipment BALEA offers: Wifi, flat screen TVs in the living room and the bedrooms, and a speaker.

WHAT WE LOVE
The ocean views of the apartment are assuredly its main attractive feature. Any time of the day you can admire the view from the balcony and watch the colors of the ocean and the sky change… Plateau de l’Atalaye offers amazing views over the Port des Pêcheurs, BIARRITZ’s lighthouse and the ocean.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
BALEA is located in the heart of Biarritz, in a prime and quiet location at Plateau de l’Atalaye. The nearest beach is Port-Vieux 490 feet away, it’s the perfect beach to swim at with your kids. Rue Mazagran is the main shopping street right behind the apartment, the nearest restaurants are 330 feet away and Biarritz markets only a 5-minute walk away. BALEA is the perfect place to do everything within walking distance in Biarritz!

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT CONDITIONS
Generally speaking travellers can check-in from 4PM-7PM and check-out from 8AM-10AM. Late check-ins can be arranged with our Concierges. For any check-ins or check-outs before 8am and after 7pm, an extra fee will be applied:
From 7 pm to 10 pm - €50
From 10 pm to Midnight - €80
From Midnight to 6 am - €120
From 6am to 8am - 80€
