About this house rental
The setting and the atmosphere
Jungle is a charming semi-detached townhouse just renovated by a renowned architect ideally located in the heart of the Beaurivage district in Biarritz. A house with terrace and small garden that you would never suspect in the heart of the city centre. Jungle has been decorated in a style both urban and cosy, with soft and luminous colors. The atmosphere is relaxed and warm; the ideal setting for a relaxing seaside holiday in Biarritz.
The townhouse
The house consists of 3 levels. On the ground floor, you will access the living room, with an open kitchen, and the dining room opening onto the terrace beautifully planted with trees. Banana trees and other tropical plants bring a holiday atmosphere to the terrace from wich you will enjoy the sunshine.
The kitchen is fully equipped and it would be easy for you to welcome your family and friends around the large dining room table. The first and second floors are dedicated to the night area.
The bedrooms
On the first floor, you’ll find two double ensuite bedrooms with independent showers. The rooms are spacious and have plenty of storage space to make you feel at home. Finally, on the second floor, you will find a third double room with a sublime bathtub and another children's room with 2 single beds and shower.
Practical side
Each suite has its own shower/bathroom. What a comfort to enjoy a stay with friends! Everyone will enjoy their own space in complete privacy. Also very practical, the apartment is ideally located close to shops and commodities. Local restaurants are all yours!
What we love
We love the wide sofas in the living room, from which we can easily imagine relaxing while admiring the tropical garden. About the decoration, the industrial style of brick and waxed concrete contrasts perfectly with natural materials such as linen and wood.
The neighborhood
The Beaurivage district, or Bibi district for locals, is an emblematic district of the city. Just a few steps from the beach and the town centre, the atmosphere is warm and relaxed all year round. It seems like a real village in the heart of Biarritz, with local restaurants and small shops.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT CONDITIONS
Generally speaking travellers can check-in from 4PM-7PM and check-out from 8AM-10AM. Late check-ins can be arranged with our Concierges. For any check-ins or check-outs before 8am and after 7pm, an extra fee will be applied:
From 7pm to 10 pm - €50
From 10 pm to Midnight - €80
From Midnight to 6 am - €120
From 6am to 8am - 80€

Maison très bien rénovée, avec gout et très bonne fonctionnalité. Sympathique endroit que Bibi Beaurivage (proche des plages de surf et de l'hypercentre -on y va à pied-). Location bien gérée par l'agence Keeweek.
