Stay in this sublime Californian-style villa perched on the heights of Biarritz and enjoy exceptional sunsets from its roof terrace.
THE LIVING SPACE
You will immediately perceive the mid-century spirit of the house as you enter the living room and the central living room, both opening onto the terrace with the swimming pool. The tones, the furniture, the materials, the clean lines, nothing was left to chance to achieve the sophisticated and minimalist atmosphere of mid-century modern architecture.
An open kitchen overlooks the dining room and gives access on one side to the swimming pool, on the other to a sunny terrace equipped with a summer kitchen to share meals outside.
Upstairs you will enjoy a superb (unsecured) terrace overlooking the swimming pool with a breathtaking view of the ocean at sunset.
THE BEDROOMS
On the ground floor, the master suite equipped with a Queensize bed, a shower room and a dressing room opens onto the terrace and the swimming pool.
Upstairs, three other bedrooms (Queensize beds) share two shower rooms. One has direct access to the roof terrace and the other two have a sea view.
An office is also at your disposal. The house is fully air-conditioned.
