Evening meal good. Large quantity. Breakfast good. Only had cereal & toast which was our dietary choice very friendly staff

Room was clean and functional, breakfast was good, staff lovely.
The attached pub is only open Thus-Sat, so no good for my stay. That and the building works should have been communicated in advance. Builders didn't start until ~ 08:00, but were noisy and with the one non-opaque window in the bathroom, it was too exposed. They should fit some temporary obscurant while working. Road noise was a bit intrusive. Room could do with a chair to match the table for anyone working on a laptop etc.
