Magnolia Apartment Luxury Apt Great views

La verdad que nos asustamos un poco porque 3 días antes nos cancelaron el piso que teníamos reservado debido a una plaga de insectos, pero nos ofrecieron otra opción a cambio que creo que incluso era mejor en cuanto a ubicación, decoración. Un piso espectacular, con vistas maravillosas, cerca de todo. No nos ha faltado de nada. Así que lo recomiendo 100%

Para recibir otra copia de llaves, hay que pagar un extra de 20€. Al final nos apañamos las 4 amigas solo con una llave.

Super wyposażony - deska do prasowania, żelazko, pralka, suszarka, odkurzacz. Widok na ocean z salonu. Dwie łazienki zdecydowanie na plus. Dostępny bezpłatny parking na terenie obiektu!! Na Maderze to podstawa, jeżeli wynajmuje się samochód!

Jedynym minusem były sporadyczne problemy z routerem/wifi. Nie wiem, na ile była to wina dostawcy internetu a na ile samego urządzenia. Trzeba było parę razy restartować urządzenie, ponieważ nagle rozłączała się sieć i nie można było ponownie sie podłączyć. Poza tym minusów brak

Very spacious apartment with good amenities, quality furniture, clean. Good views from the balconies. Equipped kitchen. Good and clean linen and towels.

The TV image has a strong blue tint. The TV's backlight LEDs needs replaced or the TV changed. The bathroom fans are noisy. The kitchen needs some oven mitts.

The apartment itself is very good — super clean, spacious, very comfortable, great location, and convenient parking. There are little cons, but if I were rating just the apartment, it would be a solid 9. Unfortunately, our check-in experience was really disappointing, and that’s entirely on the management company. They rely almost entirely on automated emails and a WhatsApp chatbot, which means there’s no personal contact. When we arrived around 22:30 — tired, with kids, and in the dark — we couldn’t get inside. There were five keys in the lockbox, none labeled and none seemed to work. The door had 2 locks on it and neither key worked for neither lock. It seems like a confusion, maybe incorrect keys or incorrect apartment? I tried calling their emergency number several times, but nobody answered time after time; only the endless music, and in parallel, whatsapp chatbot kept replying with apologies. It took us about half an hour to finally get in. It turned out the heavy wooden door needed to be lifted and pushed quite hard for the key to work — something that should’ve been mentioned in advance. And only later did someone call back. They did apologize, but not answering an emergency phone for half an hour during late hours is really not acceptable. Sorry GuestReady, but in this case, you weren’t really ready for guests.

Communication with the host company. Sometimes sewer smell in the main bathroom. Smell of the old wood in the smaller bedroom. Horrible mattress on extendable kids bed - must be replaced - impossible to sleep on (so the kids slept in the smaller bedroom)
