Sistemazione essenziale ma confortevole

Il personale cordiale, disponibile e gentile, la colazione ( inaspettata) ottima con cornetti caldi. Ottimo parcheggio coperto davanti all'ingresso della camera.

Unico appunto per quanto riguarda la vivibilità della camera in carrozzina è il letto troppo basso cosi come il lavandino ( sarebbe meglio che fosse regolabile per le varie esigenze) ed il piatto doccia piccolo. Ma con un po di spirito di adattamento ( abbiamo aggiunto un materasso e bagnato il pavimento del bagno per la doccia), siamo state bene.

- petit déjeuner réduit: 1 café et 1 croissant. Rien d'autres. - réception wifi de très moyenne qualité. - WMC de la salle de bain très bruyante dès qu'on allume la lumière. - il y a une petite cuisine mais pas de quoi faire un café. Pas de machine à café. - peut-être aurait-il pas faire une salle de bain un peu plus grande en prenant un peu sur l'espace de la chambre.

New and clean.

Very hard to get to the place except you go with your own car. The value/price ratio is very low. The basic IKEA-ish bed is uncomfortable, had backache after the stay. Nothing around except a gas station.

staff hardly speak any English we locked ourselves out by accident and the key has been left inside the room (even though it was 2 of us we only had one set of keys) as reception is not 24/7, but only certain hours, we had to call to the number provided and even though it took around 20 minutes for someone to come and rescue us, we could not explain the problem on the phone at all. The lady on the phone kept talking Italian and hanging up before we could understand anything. Had to call 10 times to figure out if anyone would come to the place.

It was very clean and the staff was friendly. They could have spoken English better but they were nice and helpful.

Not the best location. The rooms are in a quite good spot to easily reach the sea and the city centres of the nearby villages. Is it the best one? Not really, it is a bit difficult to drive in and overall something in front of the sea will be better BUT considering the price is a very good deal.

Great. New apartments. Spacious, balcony, good airco. Friendly/helpful staff, explain some things about the area. You get one free train pass for 5-terre. Location good, close to some nice restaurants and beaches (with car).
